- $50 for Domestic Subscriptions
- $55 for International Subscriptions
- $45 for Discounted Subscription Agency Rate
Report Missing or Lost Issues
The Journal is published bi-monthly; the issue date is the 15th of the month on the even months. For instance, the January/February issue is mailed by February 15th.
