A 68-Year-Old Man With Chest Pain and Left-Sided Weakness
A 68-year-old man came to the emergency department after awakening from sleep with an episode of sharp chest pain which was 10/10 in intensity, radiated to the back, and was associated with shortness of breath, diaphoresis, weakness of the left side of his body and difficulty speaking. His past medical history was significant for hypertension and Parkinson´s disease.
